Nordic Walking with Aga

My name is Aga. I have been a Nordic Walking Instructor for 7 years. Previously I was leading the classes in Poland. I am acredited Nordic Walking UK Instructor as well. I graduated University of Technology in Opole (Poland) as a PE Teacher and a 2nd Class Basketball Coach. I have been always active myself, working out almost everyday! Life is too short to spend it on the couch! :) I am very lucky because my husband and son share the passion with me :)
My greatest dream is to do what I really love and help people reach their goals. I love working with people in the groups and also one to one! Everyone is different, everyone has different needs - You can either be a beginner or a very active person that wants to add something new to a plan! Nordic Walking is for everybody! I am here to teach You how to use a basic technique and progresive technique in Your workouts. The best way to reach Your goal is to find company and do it together!
