We represent the Industrial Disease department of Michael Lewin Solicitors.

Specialising in NIHL we hope to spread awareness and help regarding the damage noise does to hearing.

Our aim is to assist people who have worked in noisy environments to make a claim against their former employers for the suffering they now experience. This is mainly due to working in an excessively noisy environment without being sufficiently protected, or being provided with hearing protection.

We wish to educate and make people aware of the risk noise poses to their hearing.

We are not a Claims Management Company. We are just one part of a large Leeds based Solicitors firm who specialise in ALL types of Personal Injury and other services.
