Outdoor fitness for everyone, and back to basics. i.e....no flat screen TV's, no mirrors, no spending half the session on your phone like people do at the gym, just exercises that are designed to help you tone up and get in shape.
A fun outdoor exercise class that is suitable for all ages and fitness levels. Push yourself and work together with your classmates to take on the different activities and exercises that keep your classes interesting, invigorating and fun.
With encouragement you’ll train on your own or in pairs/groups climbing over, crawling under and running around the beautiful Knap area. You’ll need a good pair of running shoes and old clothes,as some of the exercise classes involve getting down on the ground, so you will get a little bit dirty but it's all part of the fun.
