Nicola Fuller Bio....

Nicola Has been training all her life in the world of Dance Athletics and Fitness.

Nicola started Ballet dancing at the age of five. From here Nicola moved across into the world of athletics at the age of 11. Training for many years as a sprinter in 100m and 200m and 75 metre hurdles. After spending many years as an athlete Nicola moved back into the world of Dance in here early twenties. Studying in London at dance College for three years.

After qualifying as a Professional Dancer Nicola decided that the Judgemental process of auditions was not for her she decided to leave the world of dance behind and pursue a career that meant she could stay fit and healthy and still dance without it being based on height weight and skin colour...

Nicola moved back from London in 2007 and began to pursue a career in the fitness industry as this meant that Nicola could move across into teaching dance whilst combining all her knowledge of training the body. It was a great opportunity to be able to train as an athlete and still dance regularly her two passions.

In 2007 Nicola was given the opportunity to become a Personal Trainer. Nicola jumped at the opportunity to become a Personal Trainer as being a Fitness Instructor and Gym instructor was very limiting in terms of how much you were allowed to interact with clients on a support basis. Passing her exams in 2008 Nicola set about helping as many people as possible to get Healthy Fit and Well by passing on as much of what she had learnt through her years as a Dancer Athlete and Fitness/Gym instructor.

2009 saw the start of TnT Health Fitness and Wellbeing. This was the start of also combining Nicolas life long passion for all things Holistic. Nicola had always believe that to be Fit Healthy and Well there had to be a happiness that came from within a shift of old ways of thinking and conditioning for internal happiness to exist.
Combining all four passions was a must for Nicola. Dance Fitness Nutrtion and Holistic Therapies.

Nicola had spent many years combining these four aspects into her life and so knew that the protocols worked and wanted to show others that they to could implement the same techniques and be happy not just on the outside but on the inside too.

Nicola has been successfully helping people of all abilities since 2009 and absolutely loves whats she does and is very passionate about helping people to succeed in all areas of their lives...

Personal Training....

What is Personal Training....? This is a hard one to place into words as I believe Personal Training is different for all. Some have Personal Training because they do not like gyms. Others for the motivation and accountability. Others feel it give them the extra touch they are looking for.

In my experience Personal Training is about finding someone to help you on Health Fitness and Wellbeing journey. A support network of knowledge and experience to guide you and help you through the navigation of where you wish to be physically nutritionally mentally emotionally and spiritually.

It’s about understanding a clients body mind and soul so you can use your skills to reach goals that you never thought possible.
I work differently. I believe in true transformation. This is why I introduced a Nutritional Therapist and developed my techniques in Energy Healing Therapies.

Personal Training is about your Health your Fitness and your Wellbeing. It’s a full body mind and soul experience. Train move forward and clear the energies that no longer serve your highest good along the way.
I’ve always believed the body is like an onion. It’s full of layers that tell a story that have led you to where you are now. Personal Training is about stripping back those layers so the person underneath them can breath be free be confident and stroll the streets with happiness and a sense of achievement. It’s about spending time out of your mind and getting into your body. Our bodies tell us what they want everyday we just gotta listen.

It’s about true transformation. Moving forward into who you want to be. So lets go there. Lets be honest and open with the why’s where’s and what happened’s. In this true transformation can be achieved and last a lifetime.

Pilates

Personal training does not always need to be about getting sweat by throwing big heavy bits of kit around. Pilates is a great alternative for those who wish to receive one to one training sessions from a gentler perspective.

Pilates added into a weekly training routine or done by itself will lead to improvements in the body.

Flexibility - Improving your flexibility has great benefits to the body. Allowing you to move more freely and can aid in the prevention of injuries. The one thing I have found is that clients tend not to have the time or take the time to stretch. Pilates allows you to get your workout whilst enjoying a stretch for the body. Being more flexible will also allow you to train more successfully, creating the techniques needed to gain true results.

Posture - Pilates is a posture based movement. We will always be moving correctly and using the entire core in our movements. Switching on the core and creating strength in the core aids the posture as your core muscles do include the back. Strengthening lengthening correct the back muscles allows the spine to align itself correctly. Our bodies know what alignments is and how to achieve it, sometimes it just needs a little help doing so.

Strength - I believe strength is a positive attribute to have within the body. We use our strength everyday just getting off the sofa or moving things around for example. Pilates allows for building of strength with having to lift heavy weights. After ll not all of us are built the same so Pilates is an alternative style of movement that can aid in the development of strength without resistance training. Pilates will also allow for building of strength without placing to much impact on the body.

Tone - Pilates contains some strong movements which ask your body to use it’s muscles correctly and with depth. Creating deep strong movements will for sure improve tone. What I love about Pilates is you can create tone with putting to much impact on the body. All areas of the body can be targeted to improve overall development of the muscle. In building them we can create tone.
