Thursday 6:30 to 7:30pm - All Saints Sports Centre, West Denton Way, West Denton, NE5 2SZ.
Saturday 8:30 - 9:30am tigers 9:30- 10:30am senior grades - Benfield School.

Advance class Thursday 7:30 to 8:30pm for red stripes and above.

Costs
£20 per month for training once per week.
£33 per month for unlimited training.
Two family* members £49.50 per month.
Three or more family* members £66 per month.
*Nuclear family

Annual insurance £38 per year.

Gradings £28 per event (held every 3 months) low grades can grade every 3 months if ready and higher grades every 6 months.

Training suit £35 - 40 (vary by size).

Sparring equipment £120 (recommended but initially not mandatory)
