Newark Castle Shooting Estate

Newark Castle shoots provide both pheasant and partridge mixed shoots. The estate has wonderful views over the Firth of Clyde, looking towards Arran and the North, towards the Renfrewshire hills and Ben Lomond. We are happy to provide driven days which would encompass some hill drives and a number of drives around the Castle. We also provide smaller days with walked up birds. Everything is easily accessible from the Castle. Lunch and tea can be provided within the Castle if wished.

Newark Castle raises all its own pheasant and partridge poults for the shoots, from day olds, on the estate. We have a Keeper and Under Keeper who are happy to guide you if you are new to shooting.
