*Reconciliation of bank and nominal ledgers
*Preparation of payroll and reconciliation of salary control accounts
*Preparation & submitting of VAT returns
*Preparation of tax-com and calculation of capital allowance
*Submitting of Self-assessment tax returns and Corporation tax returns.
*Preparation of rental accounts and calculation of Capital Gain tax
*Submitting of PAYE year end returns (P35 & C36)
*Preparation of business plans and budgeted accounts
*Advising customers for setting up business, tax related issues, In-corporation of company, VAT registration, and PAYE setup.
*Liaising with HMRC and other financial institutions
