I am based in Crewe and offer flexible appointments on certain weekdays daytime & evenings.

I will meet with you weekly (can be less frequent but no less than once a month) so that I can weigh and measure you and generally advise and support you throughout your weight loss journey. Initial meetings tend to be around an hour and subsequent appointments are 10-30 mins. depending on how much advice and support you need.

I am more than happy to exchange or refund the products you don’t like at your next appointment.

Before I can advise you if you would be suitable for using the products I would need to know if you have any health conditions or take any medication? (Don’t worry if you have as it doesn’t necessarily exclude you from using the products). It would also be helpful if you’d let me know your approx. current height and weight.
