Namaste kids

Kids yoga is FUN! and lively. It is very different to adult yoga, I use music a lot, we have yoga dances, we play games, we do yoga to silly stories but we do also meditate, focus on our breathing & have relaxation time. I qualified in 2014 with the kids training school Yoga Bananas, since then I have also taking Cosmic Kids training and I am also a Kidding Around Yoga certified teacher.
