We are a small boutique consultancy with over 100 years of HR OD and L&D experience between us. We specialise in building the resilience of both teams, and individuals. For teams, our away days are engaging and informative bringing about tangible changes in understanding, ways of working and relatedness. For individuals, our life coaching team can help find clear ways forward in the areas of career, relationships (business and personal), creativity and Health & Well-being. Our business workshops deliver quality output, and our facilitators have worked with teams across the full spectrum; from operational teams through to the most senior levels teams in government, public and private sector organisations.
