It was in 2010 that Absolute Body Concept was born in Dubai, UAE. The original concept started around nutrition followed by sports performance & weight management . We are a company with a difference. Now based in Aberdeen Scotland. Individual clients include Fabio Canavaro (Italy's World Cup Winning captain), Pedro Deggardo, Brazils star International footballer.
The company can boast over 30 year’s experience in the sporting world with a former British & Olympic athlete backed with a wealth of knowledge from sport science and nutrition backgrounds.
If fact as a company we have many skills within the team, from former semiprofessional dancer to swimming coaches, endurance athletes and triathletes.
Major clientele Absolute Body Concept have worked include Al Ahli Football Club in Dubai and Al Jazira Football Club in Abu Dhabi. ABC supported both teams last season in their diet and nutrition education process. Providing both clubs with one to one nutrition consultations to players, as well as looking at each individual players peak flow, hydration levels, body fat percentages, along with their muscle mass, total body water, protein levels, minerals, BMI, BMR. In addition to this ABC provided the teams with nutritional information and poster campaigns in both English and Arabic.
As a result we supported the team that went onto win the Estisalat Pro League & Presidents cup without losing a game and hope to continue next season.
We are the forefront of today’s scientific technology of Nutrition, Sports Performance & Weight Management with equipment that gives a scientific way of improving athlete’s performance but also attacking the major problem of obesity and weight loss and fat loss with society.
From this ABC has expanded it’s services in other areas from the athlete, to people just keen in sport and those who just want to lose weight. ABC is doing this by offer scientific based resting and exercise metabolic & lactate testing.
