The tea room serves a range of cooked lunches, sandwiches, hot and cold snacks, and home-baked cakes. Try the special: ‘Tiptree’ Strawberry Conserve with home-made scones and fresh cream, served with any tea or coffee of your choice.

Almost-forgotten delights. When did you last have a simple jam sandwich? Remember how good it was? If you’d like us to make one specially for you, just ask; and if you don’t like pips, that’s fine we have raspberry seedless conserve and other preserves without pips.
