Based in the heart of the Midlands near Newark, Nottinghamshire, Muskham Livery is a family run yard catering for the individual needs of all types of horses and ponies, and their owners. Also specialising in the rest and rehabilitation of racehorses in training requiring layoff or treatment following injury.
We offer livery packages as unique as your horse, individually tailored to meet your requirements. With 14 acres of pasture and a mix of brick and timber pony or full sized stables, alongside our own 4 horses we can offer a choice of individual or companion turnout all year round. We currently have a grass school, there is a menage available to hire within hacking distance.
Tailoring each livery package to meet their individual needs offers owners the opportunity to do as much or as little as preferred. With over 25 years working with horses (mostly within the racing and bloodstock industry) you can rest assured your horse will be cared for in a kind, experienced and professional manner. Nothing is too much trouble.
Livery packages start from £50 per week and include feed, bedding, hay or haylage, muck out, turnout and bring in, rug changes and paddocks muck picked daily. Im happy to assist for farrier, dentist, vet visits etc. Part livery works on a 5 day basis and full for 7 days.
