Music Mayhem - A fantastic way to introduce your little one to the amazing world of music.

My name is Elizabeth and I am going to be running some small group music sessions for 0-5 year olds.

Come for informal and intimate music lessons where children will get the chance to sing, play instruments, dance, shout and scream if they want to and just generally have a bit of fun with some music!

I have been working as a music teacher in the area for more than 10 years and having recently had a child of my own I have come to realise how much fun little ones can have with music and how much they can learn through playing and singing. Also, living in a rural area its great to have good quality activities on your doorstep as opposed to having to travel into town all the time.

Each session will have a theme and will include singing, playing instruments (I have lots of instruments!) and doing whatever it is the little ones feel like doing to music.

I would prefer to keep the groups small, so anything from 2 children up to about 5 in number. Preferably children of the same kind of age in each group, although I can make sure there are plenty of activities for all ages. I can happily offer individual music sessions for 2-5 year olds giving them the opportunity to play more specialised instruments like the piano and recorder, which would lead on to the more structured lessons I offer on these instruments for Reception age children and above.

I can accommodate friend groups or family groups.
