Welcome to MTD Nutrition! MTD Nutrition is a coaching service, not a diet plan or one of many 'fad diets'. We offer real nutrition that fits into an individual's lifestyle and takes into consideration personal likes and dislikes. We do not eliminate any food types and look at longevity of good nutrition not a 'diet'. Going 'on' a diet means that one day you will come 'off' a diet. MTD Nutrition forms habits and helps educate on ways to make better nutrition choices so that we never have to go on a 'diet' again. Every client of MTD Nutrition will be taken through a nutrition journey and will be guided along the way by one of our team of coaches. With small manageable changes made along the way, at a speed at which each individual can manage, you will never feel overwhelmed by the task.
