Visiting Mr. Simms Olde Sweet Shoppe in the Centre of BURY is just like travelling back in time to a yesteryear when traditional sweet emporiums were packed with jars of colorful bon bons and more than 500 other varieties of sweets, all designed to delight customers of all ages!
Mr. Simms Old Sweet Shoppe opened in 2010 on the Rock, Bury, and is well known and liked in the area by customers young and old.
The shelves are filled and over-flowing with every conceivable variety of fudge, sweets, lollipops, Liquorice, candy sticks, handmade chocolates and much more all available in one shop.
The shop has a large glass counter area packed with all the old pick ‘n’ mix favorites, like love hearts, cola bottles, while behind the counter, the entire wall area is set aside for over 250 display jars of more traditional sweets from cherry crystals to Barley Twists. And death pips and black death boiled sweets exclusive only to Mr. Simms

Mr. Simms also stocks a vast array of retro sweets like Refreshers, Fry’s Chocolate bars and Fizzwizz, which have been almost impossible to locate at the ‘corner shop in recent years.
At the more luxury end of the scale, you will also find displays of Mr. Simms own brand of chocolate bars and fudges, we stock a vast range of American products, from Lucky Charms cereal to Twinkies.
For those with diabetic issues, Mr. Simms also stocks an extensive sugar-free range of chocolate bars, confectionary, Liquorice, jelly sweets and mints, together with an extensive range of gluten and galantine free sweets.
