We are a locally based firm located in Pontyclun, ideally situated 20 mins from Cardiff and less than ten minutes from Junction 34 M4. With several years experience in the lettings industry we specialise in property matching and have extensive lists of tenants awaiting properties all over South Wales. We offer a full disclosure service on our fees to both tenants and landlords and no “hidden extras” except when it comes to our service.

We advertise through the local press, rightmove, advertising boards and of course our regularly updated personal website. We rent properties through Wales and through these forms of media advertising we aim to rent properties fast !!!!!
