Welcome to Mousetrap Cheese. Claire and Matt Knowles hope you enjoy our shops and the wonderful selection of cheese that can be found within. With about 150 varieties of cheese on offer, including the most fantastic local artisan cheese, an amazing selection of British greats and the best of the rest from around the world, the shops are a cheese lovers paradise! We'll have an online shop up and running in the New Year but in the meantime, please pop in if you're in Ludlow, Leominster or Hereford, we'd love to see you and have you sample our wonderful cheese!
