More about Moulton & Northant's Day-Care

I enjoy working with children and have a Christian ethos within the setting which is reflected in our encouraging care and value of the children, welcoming children from any faith and culture. I aim to ensure each child feels safe and happy, valued, encouraged and challenged through the activities of the day. Friendship and good manners are encouraged and secure bonding with the children is our aim alongside good trusting relationships with parents.

**A childminding setting offers a family experience alongside the development of positive relationships and deeper insight into the individual needs of each child with more time available to devote to their educational and emotional welfare and nurturing.

The Day-Care home is cosy and child friendly, with play/craft and supervised sleeping areas when required. Safety is of very high importance and no unauthorised person can enter the Day-Care at any time.

My wildlife garden is of great interest to children as I am very keen on caring and educating on and for wildlife, it is a place where we like to plant fruit and vegetables to eat. I particularly love to teach young children cooking skills. Homework and relaxation facility is available for after school children. I like to provide an encouraging supportive environment for children.

Fresh healthy snacks and meals available. Good manners and social skills are encouraged. The childcare setting encourages children to become independent, sociable and ready for the transition into school.

My vast experience and insight into the needs and development of children stems from raising my own family and many other young children and teenagers encompassing years of children's education and welfare. I am very experienced with all age children and babies.

References from parents who have enjoyed continued reliable care until school entry and after school care as long as required.

We offer guaranteed continuity of care, which we consider extremely important so young children do not have continual changes as it is psychologically upsetting for them.

Parents occasionally may suffer with life problems and stresses; I am qualified as a private psychotherapist offering out of hours counselling at set rates which are one hour long for a variety of issues which are listed in our services or just a listening ear to work through situations which concern you.

Any assistant in the setting will also be qualified and have a recent crb. Safety in the setting is of high priority.

I hope that each child will feel unique, relaxed and experience a home from home environment.
