Moorside Farm Livery

At Moorside, we understand how special our equine friends are to all of us, and because of this we treat each of our horses as if they were our own and provide them with the 5* care they deserve.

We are a small, friendly yard located in the stunning countryside above Halifax.


The yard is managed by Lindsay Raistrick who is a BHSAI qualified coach. Lindsay has been in the industry for over 20 years and is renowned for her top class care and brilliant coaching style.

We are blessed with fantastic off road hacking right on the doorstep and if you want to hack out further, the roads in the area are in the main quiet.

We have a mix of liveries and our own horse on the yard at the moment, from happy hackers to eventers. We do a lot of training both at home and away from home we take part in camps and go off to competitions in all disciplines. In addition to this we have a number of horses and Ponies we bring on with a view to sell.

There is a 20x40 floodlit outdoor arena which is well sheltered from the elements.
Shared summer turn out, winter turnout.
Tack and social area to relax and have a brew or hide from the elements in the winter!

Bespoke livery packages can be created to suite your needs. We are also able to offer sales and holiday liveries.
