Moonlilly Therapies and Reiki School

I’m Polly Barter and my journey with Energy work started in 2003 when having visited my doctor with stress of running my own independent shoe retail business, I was advised to find an outside interest. I found a course through Swindon College for Usui Reiki with Jill Sudbury and I’ve been working with the Japanese healing therapy and other energy work ever since.
It started with Reiki 1 and in 2011 I decided that I would take the leap and become a teacher of Reiki.
In between, I had also taken a Karuna Reiki practitioner course with Jill but instantly felt that Traditional Usui was the style of Reiki for me.
I further explored the use of Energy in the therapy EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) which was so interesting I decided to become an Energy EFT Practitioner. To use the tapping for the release of so many blockages within the meridians is a wonderful practice which can be passed on to your clients for Mind, Body and Emotional wellbeing.
I have since qualified in Thai foot massage which again uses the meridians and acupressure points of the feet and legs to release the blockages within the body.
This year I was drawn to the practice of Access Bars which is the most beautiful modality for clearing the monkey mind: getting rid of thoughts, ideas, beliefs, emotions, and considerations that you have stored in any lifetime. We use 32 points on the head which we gently touch releasing anything that doesn’t allow you to receive this loving healing energy.
Your mind is completely free!
Having received the Bars, I was amazed at how energised but also relaxed I felt. The ability to just relax and have nothing invading my mind was wonderful.
