Experience
With over 30 years in the business in all aspects of bar and event management our portfolio includes beer operations at Warwick Folk Festival, Bromyard Folk Festival, British Asparagus Festival, National Morris Festival, Coughton Court Winter and Cheese and Pickle Festivals and Evesham River and Balloon Festivals. We are based at the world famous National Trust owned Fleece Inn at Bretforton; an outlet with an enviable reputation as the quintessential English Pub.
Innovative
Our Success is based on understanding our customer base and adapting an innovative response to their and your needs. We constantly strive to improve our offer; we continuously look for small and large ways to deliver better.
Customer Focussed
We work hard to ensure our customers get a great experience and are not just ‘being done to’. We work hard with you to ensure our bar and entertainment offer compliments and adds value to your festival or event. We use well trained and experienced staff to ensure success.
Quality
We know that success starts with product quality. We strive to ensure this by handling our products, such as cask ales and traditional ciders, in the best way possible. We ensure products are chilled both during ‘back room’ storage and through the period of dispense. We only work with suppliers whose product we know we can trust.
Knowledgeable
Through our experience of festivals we feel confident about what works. We work to ensure the right mix of products, the right size of selection, the number of dispense points and the level of staff. Of course we will always be guided by you and are happy to work closely with any sponsors to ensure mutual benefit and continuity.
Flexible
We fully recognise and work with the changing face of the festivals we attend, both in terms of the focus, aspirations and needs of the festival organisers, and the needs and desires of the paying customer. We like to gain feedback, good or bad in order to improve our offer.
Imaginative
We keep our minds and eyes open to new ideas; finding original solutions and leading to better things – not just doing things better.
Ambitious
Ambitious for the success of your festival and event through the added value, and other qualities we can bring. We want to work with you to ensure a long term, mutually beneficial plan. We know that our growth relies on your success. We are committed to helping you get there.
Unique
We aim to offer that point of difference to your festival. To create an extra reason for visiting, we work quickly towards getting a feel for your event and work with you to ensure we add to its unique style and flavour. Our knowledge and experience have also led us to know that, occasionally it is OK to be a little mad and even… to have some fun!
Sustainable
In today’s world one of the core values of any festival has to be sustainability. We work hard to ensure we minimize the use of disposable products through the use of a returnable tumbler scheme; or, where disposable is the only mutually agreed way, we use fully biodegradable containers supplied to us locally from near our base in Worcestershire.
Where possible we source locally produced ales and ciders delivered direct to site, thus reducing road miles and having the added benefit of producing a product choice unique to your event location.
