'Please welcome our new Thai Boxing coach David Sa to the gym.
David is a professional Thai/K1 coach and fighter from team Bad Company. He is currently ranked 4th in the UK in both Thai and K1.
He has been training for 10 years fighting for 9 of those and coaching since the age of 17.
David has spent time in Holland training with some of the best K1 fighters in the world like Ghokan Saki, Melvin Manhoef, Bard Hari and many more.
He is a 2 x ISKA English Champion, Ringmaster Champion and Contender Promotion Champion with a fight record of 16 wins and only 4 defeats.
Classes will be every Monday night from 7pm till 8.45pm starting Monday 25th January 2016 for ages 14years upwards. There will be a junior class every Saturday from 10am till 11am starting Saturday 30th January from ages 5 years upwards.
Your first class is free so please all come along to the gym make David feel very welcome and learn from one of the best in the business.'
