The Hut, located in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in the Clwydian Range, at the foothills of Moel Famau and Moel Fenlli, Car Park in Denbighshire, North Wales. Please drop in for refreshments, gifts and information about the area. The Pot Belly stove keeps it really warm in the winter.

Join us all year round by turning into the village of Tafarn-Y-Gelyn off the A494 and follow the road for 2 miles (pass the Forest Car Park – Coed Moel Famau) on to the top car park on the right. Our GPS co-ordinates for your Sat Nav are: 53.135907, -3.254058.

The Moel Famau Shepherds Hut, founded by Julie Masters the company aims to support the local community. Working in partnership with the Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (Denbighshire County Council) we hope that the Shepherds Hut will become a best practice eco - tourism destination.
