Miniyaki's - Japanese Soul Food

Authentic Japanese Street & festival dishes such as Okonomiyaki & Yakisoba noodles. In Japan these foods are affectionally called 'soul food'.
I don't do 'fusion'. I keep my Japanese food as authentic as possible. What you eat will be a real taste of Japanese soul food.

I lived in Japan for 10 years, speak Japanese fluently and had alot of Japanese foodie teachers.

We are based in Herefordshire on the Border of South Wales. U.K. We cover Herefordshire & Monmouthshire and surrounding areas.

Our speciality is Okonomiyaki. Popular in Osaka, where I lived, and affectionately called Osaka Soul Food.

'Okonomi' = to your taste & 'Yaki' = cooked.

These are incredibly moorish savoury pancakes which, as the name suggests, can be built with a variety of fillings and topping to suit your taste. A bit like a Pizza.
