My name is Lyndsey Burton I'm a Yoga and Mindfulness teacher.

I help people of all ages learn how to live a calmer lifestyle so that they can reduce stress, overwhelm and manage the anxieties of daily living..

When I'm not at work, I’m a very proud mum of 2 wonderful boys, my foster son of 11 years, step mum of yet another little boy, (I have a few grey hairs) and wife of a talented tattoo artist. I LOVE MY BOYS!

I have trained with The Young Yogi Academy, No 1 bestseller Sandy Newbigging and the Buddhist Community. I also write for Mind, Body, Green and The Elephant Journal.
