Milton Keynes Jiu-Jitsu Yubukan Dojo

Jui-jitsu is the oldest Japanese martial art, developed by the Samurai to defend themselves when they had lost their weapons.

Unlike most martial arts Jiu-Jitsu is roughly 95% defensive meaning that the person you are up against attacks first.

The Milton Keynes club incorporates both modern and traditional forms of Jiu-Jitsu using blocks, strikes, locks, throws and strangles making it a very effective form of self defence suitable for both Male and Female students aged from 7 to 80.
