The fully renovated stone cottage sleeps four, comprising on the ground floor a kitchen, dining room, sitting room, garden room and downstairs cloakroom. Upstairs there are two generous, double bedrooms, one with ensuite shower room and the other with ensuite bathroom. Accessed from the garden room is the decked BBQ area leading to the boiler room, useful for drying wet coats and boots.

Mid Balchandy Holiday Cottage has been the subject a complete renovation, with the internal walls taken back to the stone, enabling the installation of new wiring, plumbing, LPG heating and modern insulation. The stylish kitchen features a Rangemaster dual fuel cooker with integrated appliances including dishwasher, wine cooler, refrigerator, washing machine and separate tumble drier. Small electrical appliances include a toaster, kettle, Nespresso Capsule coffee machine and microwave oven.

The spacious dining room and sitting room both benefit from newly fitted wood burning stoves and window seats which take in the stunning views towards the Strathtay hills. The garden room affords panoramic views and is the perfect place to sit and relax, snug in the winter months or with the double doors open onto the BBQ deck during the long summer evenings. A cloakroom is accessed on the ground floor next to a useful walk-in under stairs cupboard, which has plenty of space for coats and boots as well as a fitted gun safe.

Wall-mounted flat screen TVs are located in the sitting room and both bedrooms. The two double bedrooms each have their own en-suite bathroom and are furnished with luxury, super-kingsize beds which can be split to form generous 3ft single beds, hotel quality, Egyptian Cotton bedlinen, towels and complimentary toiletries complete the scene.

Externally the cottage has parking for at least two cars and its own fenced garden ground.
