The Bowen Technique - a safe, gentle, physical therapy that aims to relieve pain, restriction and imbalances.

Bowen therapy is a gentle hands-on remedial treatment which stimulates the body's own natural healing process.

The treatment is gentle and non-invasive, and very specific and precise. It consists of the therapist making gentle moves over certain points of the body to encourage change. Breaks are inserted between moves to allow the body to process and respond.

Respecting these breaks is an essential part of the Bowen technique, as it allows the body time to respond and restore it's own natural balance.

Clients report relief of pain, often noticing improvement in function and energy levels .
