From the minute I crossed the line of my first marathon back in 2007, I was hooked. My only regret? Having not 'found' running sooner, as I really couldn't imagine a life without it now. Refocusing on my own health and fitness (and for me specifically, running) has CHANGED MY LIFE.

Fast forward to today, I am now on a mission: to reach out and inspire as many people as possible over 30 to learn from my experiences and find the energy, happiness and confidence to turn around and change their lives
