Merton Grounds Farm

A period farmhouse set in 100 acres of tranquil countryside with woodland and lakes yet only five minutes from both junction 9 of the M40 and the A34.
We are a small bed and breakfast and can not accommodate children or pets.
The house is accessed through an avenue of poplars at the end of a mile long farm track. Guests are welcome to take advantage of the beautiful grounds, lakeside walks and wonderful setting. There is also an indoor heated pool and sauna for guests use.
Our boutique style rooms are for a maximum of two people, they offer every comfort and are all en suite. English and continental breakfast is included and evening meals are available by arrangement. Merton Grounds is within easy reach of the City of Oxford, Blenheim Palace, Bicester Village and the Cotswolds as well as many other attractions.
