Wing Chun Kung fu is widely known for its practical, no-nonsence approach to combat. This simple, yet highly effective martial art, with roots leading back to the famous Shaolin Temple and its notorious female creator Ng Mui can now be practiced in a totally safe a friendly environment . Classes run every day of the week with new recruits initially joining on a 4 week beginner's course at a cost of &35. During this time recruits learn basic blocks, strikes, form structure and start to build their Wing Chun foundations.

On completion of the course the recruits are able to participate in regular weekly sessions available within the structured timetable. Each week the students learn a new technique and skill within their belt status and once all the techniques within their belt status are taught and understood the students are able to grade for the next belt within the system.
