Me
Mendip ESM is run by Keith Reynolds. In 2016 Keith left the Royal Navy to gain a new life balance by spending more time with his family and following his dream career of working with horses.
Keith's passion for sports massage stems from his personal experiences, not only of having his own horses treated, but also the benefits of sports massage to his own body when playing semi-pro rugby: rehabilitation following injury was enhanced, plus the deep tissue massage between games enhanced his performance and allowed him to train harder and perform better.
Keith now wants to gain these same performance enhancements with horses, and is passionate about getting the best performance from the horses he works with.
Keith believes that no one person can provide the answer to everything, so he works with other equine experts in the area to provide a holistic solution to all equine problems.

My qualifications
After careful research and the experience of what helped his own horses, Keith enrolled in the Institute of Complimentary Alternative Therapies (ICAT) Equine Sports Massage Therapist course. This is the only Level 3 Equine Sports Massage Diploma available in the UK, and consists of theory, practical and case studies over the two year period. Keith qualified in November 2017 with an overall grade of distinction - the highest grade given by the ICAT.

The legal Aspect
