Come and join me either every Monday evening for Relax and Unwind Yoga or every Tuesday morning for MindBody Yoga at Daisy Cottage :)
Monday classes start at 6:15pm and last an hour, whereas Tuesday classes start at 10:30am and last 75 minutes (ending at 11:45am).
Both are fairly gentle hatha classes that will calm the mind, build strength and increase flexibility in the body but, being a morning class, Tuesday classes also include energising pranayama (breathing exercises) and sun salutations. The focus of Monday classes is to relax and unwind after a day at work.
All levels are welcome - and, if it's a lovely day in the summer, we'll take the class outdoors onto the decking.
Classes are not progressive so drop-ins are welcome. It is £10 to drop in, or book 10 classes (in advance) with a one-off payment of £80 to get two free classes :) These do not have to be taken consecutively.
If it is your first class please arrive a little early to fill in a form and talk through any injuries/concerns.
