Our aim is to offer a seamless service to supply you with an personalised meal preparation solution to help you reach whatever goal you you want to achieve. With constant mentoring to ensure you keep motivated whilst enjoying fabulous food.

Consultation to discuss you personal diet plan with our nutritionalist with over 30 year experience in weight managed sports and food.

Step 2
Our team will get to work to create your unique diet plan tailored to meet your likes, dislikes & allergies. Your exercise routine will be discussed to ensure you get the correct balance in your diet.

Step 3
Enjoy the massive variety of meals prepared by our chef personally for you and watch as your body dreams become reality.
After you consultation we will prepare you a balanced diet based on your requirements to ensure you reach your goal.
We cook deliver meal plans three-four times a week Sunday, Tuesday & Thursday (Extra cook for people on weekend cook.)
Delivery is available or you can collect from one of our pick up points.
The following weeks meal plans menu will be available to view on Facebook and emailed if requested on a Friday.

It doesn't end there as you begin on your journey to success your diet plan will need to be adjusted at regular intervals for you to continue to reach your target.
