Fran has 30 years' experience teaching and working with students who play stringed instrument students. We specialise in student standard instruments, for the beginner to college/university and pride ourselves that we are able to provide instruments and advice to a high standard. We have a studio in which lessons are taught and instruments compared. Alonside is our workshop in which instruments are made and restored. New instruments are prepared for sale to a high standard.........and all 'road-tested' by Fran who is one fussy violinist!

Please don't ask us to post or courier instruments. Once set-up we don't think it's worth the risk. Also, we would much prefer you to visit and compare several instruments before making a selection. Please call to check we are here before setting out to visit us so that we can ensure that your journey isn't wasted.
