Mawddach Property Management is a small, friendly family business based in Fairbourne, Gwynedd on the mid Wales Coast. MPM specialise in property management and maintenance. Our aim is to provide property care,reassurance and support to home owners,holiday home owners and holiday guests throughout the year and ensure your property is presented to the highest possible standard.

Our business utilises the extensive knowledge and experience our families have gained over many years in the construction and painting and decorating industries and we pride ourselves on the quality of our work and service.

We are a small team of skilled tradesman drawing on the knowledge of local, trustworthy and qualified contacts our families have built up over the last 30 years to create a network of contractors who are available to call on and carry out quality work when required for our clients. So that we can offer the best possible service we only use qualified, local, reputable contractors. (All contractors are fully insured and have public liability cover).
