I am a newly qualified Personal Trainer, who is an extremely passionate and enthuastic to all things fitness. When I was 17 years old I weighed almost 19 stone after achieving my weight loss goals I knew a career in the fitness industry was for me. Having gone through periods of struggling with weight and diets in my own life, I know the difficulties that individuals face. This is the inspiration for this page.
