Since the first time taking my step into a gym I have developed a great passion for fitness. Over the years with the right training my self-motivation has grown, helping me achieve all personal goals I have set myself.
Finding ways to keep you motivated is the key to be successful. You must adapt different elements of training into your workout to find what works best for you personally. If your training isn't working then change it.
