I’m a High Performance Coach and a Job Interview Expert and Coach.
I developed a training program - called Leading Interview www.leadinginterview.com - for people looking to perform at their best at job interviews with market leading corporations from tech companies such as Facebook, Google, Twitter, Microsoft etc. to consulting companies such as The Boston Consulting Group etc.

I successfully deliver this program internationally to any English speaking and Italian speaking client. I am now expanding my business to Spain and to any Spanish speaking client.

The success of my training program Leading Interview comes from my unique and high professional and personal profile. First of all I have a strong international background: I was born in Germany and my parents are Italian and Polish; I lived for 14 years outside of Italy in 9 different countries; I currently speak Italian, English and Spanish and I’m learning Portuguese in order to expand my business also in Brazil.

I started my career in M&A Consulting and then moved to the Tech Industry where I worked first for Amazon in Luxembourg and then for Facebook in Dublin. I have been the first Italian in the world to work for both Amazon and Facebook when I started working for Facebook in the European Headquarter in Dublin.

Thanks to my professional experience, my extensive professional network and my passion for coaching I created my first training program Leading Interview www.leadinginterview.com
