Our ingredients and fresh produce are sourced from local farms and butchers. Our eggs are always free range and vegetables are organic when available. Our pasta, pizza flour (farina), olives, vinegars and oils, wines and beers are imported directly from mainland Italy and Sardinia and delivered to our door weekly as required.
Our Owners Walter and Roberto Pani Head Chef have also been importeing directly to Mascalzone from Arbus, a delightful town situated high in the mountains of the Medio Campidano region of South Western Sardinia.
