Pow Performance Gym is a resistance based fitness facility, specialising in figure/muscle/tone/muscle build training.

We have a selection of plate loaded, free weights and cable machines, designed to give you the hard toned body you desire. With top of the range names such as ‘Hammer strength’ and ‘Hoist’

We are a clean, friendly and professional gym, which offers not only advice but hands on training for members of all fitness levels.

We provide cardio vascular equipment with a selection of treadmills, cross trainers, steppers and bikes.

We also have an outdoor purpose built Training Facility with daily classes.

This is a new and exciting facility where we hope to deliver a gym to our members where they can feel comfortable and excel in their training.
