We welcome the Governments intention to require all agents to be part of an Ombudsman Scheme and of course, as a NALS firm we are already fully compliant and registered with the Property Ombudsman. We are also registered with the Deposit Protection Scheme (DPS) providing our clients with the assurance that their money is protected by a Client Money Protection Scheme.
