With five different Martial Arts disciplines, and numerous other specialist fitness classes, the Martial Arts Centre can offer a diverse training experience from traditional Martial Arts like Karate or Ju Jitsu, through to the modern sport of Mixed Martial Arts. Each discipline specialises in a different fighting style which offers unique techniques and skills for the practitioner. These differences show the individuality of each style, but we all work together to achieve the common goal of promoting Martial Arts to new practitioners and helping everyone realise their aspirations.
