Marsh Gibbon Fitness Bootcamp will be offering indoor and outdoor circuit training and fitness sessions throughout July and August.
Circuit training is a combination of aerobic and resistance exercise delivered in a high intensity interval format and is proven to improve fitness, whether that be to aid weight loss, improve flexibility, improve muscle tone, and improve cardiovascular health.
