Marsden Football Club has been in existence for over a hundred years and has been based at its current ground, on Fall Lane, since the mid 1920s. Marsden F.C. play in the West Riding County Amateur Football League and the Huddersfield and District Works and Combination League.

The club also has teams at Under 17s, 16s, 14s, 8s, 6s and a girls team in the Huddersfield & District Junior Football League
