Marlin Cottage..... is a recently refurbished 1 bed Cottage just outside Conwy Castle walls. 3 min walk to the centre.
It has a comfy lounge with log burner, Smart TV, DVD Player & selection of dvd's. CD/DAB Radio with Bluetooth and NFC Pairing/USB & selection of CD's. The kitchen has electric oven, gas hob, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment. Dining table & 2 chairs.
Upstairs(narrow stairs original to cottage) is a lovely comfortable King Size Bed and en-suite Bathroom with good flood head shower.
In the back is a stone walled garden with raised decking and Rattan garden furniture.
This is a cosy place to relax, unwind and sip a glass of your favourite in front of a log fire.
The cottage does have gas Central Heating and a combi boiler for instant hot water.
Perfectly placed for numerous attraction in North Wales, including LLandudno, Anglesey, Betws-y-coed, Bodnant Gardens.
And for the more adventurous, the
cottage is 13 mins from Surf Snowdonia.
40 mins from Zip world, with the longest zip wire in Europe and the fastest in the world.
Ther are numerous walks from the doorstep and Snowdonia national park is closeby(30 mins drive from Cottage).
After all those busy activities, stroll down into Conwy and relax in one of the many bars and restaurants.
