Home of fascinating bread which is made from only the best ingredients from local suppliers, for example our rye and spelt flour comes from Doves Farm-Hungerford, and all the remaining flour we use is produced by the local Wessex Mill Wantage. This mill is owned by Father and Son and uses only local farms around Wantage, this year the wheat they uses from the same farm we are based at - Kingsgrove Farm.
Our bakery specializes in sourdough bread of many different kinds, every loaf is handmade and proven many hours in wicker baskets finally baked on stone in our special steam oven.
