Man of The Woods

"Man of the Woods" is Mike Kemp; a time-served arboriculturist based in Meifod, rural Mid-Wales.

Mike makes bespoke pieces from wood, varying from household furniture, carved wooden sinks and benches to tables, secret cupboards, cabins and even outdoor showers. Each item can be described as truly unique. We like to call this up-cycled firewood.

Mike looks at wood with an artist’s eye. You only have to look around his wood yard to see this. Sculpted pieces, quirky objets d’art and myriads of projects on the go.
