Mama Nelson's Yard Food : Home From Home

This is the start of a new chapter for me. For the past 5 years I have run a successful local business, Crumbs 'n' All Caribbean Cakes and Chutneys, but now I have decided to branch into ready to eat Jamaican dishes as well. Those who know me will tell you I love entertaining and feeding others!! I inherited my love of cooking from my mother, Inez 'Mama' Nelson. This is why I have used a profile of my wonderful mother for my business. Mama was a fantastic cook, who always used fresh ingredients from scratch, and I learned all my culinary skills from her. I have made it my mission to share those meals with you.
